Is Owlson the only place I can buy Owlson cabinets?

Yes – our cabinets is designed in house and cannot be purchased elsewhere. 

Can I combine table cabinets with floor cabinets ?

Yes you can. All 557 floor units will be able to attach to the 557 Table unit. All 779 floor units will be able to attach to the 779 Table unit.

Which air cleaner units can be integrated to the cabinets?

All units that you find on our website will fit into the cabinets. If you have purchased a cabinet you know the dimensions of this. If you already know your 3D printer dimensions you can determine which solution to go for. Either simply place the unit inside the cabinet next to the 3D printer or purchase the shelf kit and let the air unit raise above or behind the 3D printer. Will all 3D printers fit inside?

The majority of FDM 3D printer will fit inside. Check out the data specs under the cabinet product inside the shop. The you can quickly see if the internal dimension are adequate for housing your 3D printer. The pictures used showcase a Prusa printer for the 557 (500 x 500 x 700 mm) cabinet series and a Creality CR10 for the 779 (700 x 700 x 900 mm) then you know approximate if your printer will fit.

Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For packages or kits we uses DHL express for reliable fast shipping. For larger units like assembled cabinets on single use pallets, we use DSV for pallet transportation.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Packages typically takes 3-5 days inside Europe.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we ship internally however our shop only calculates rates inside EU. If you country is not listed then contact us and we will give you the shipping cost. 

Will I face customs when receiving my products ?

If you are located outside the European members states please be aware that you might face customs as our products originates from Europe. If you are located inside the European member states you will not face additional customs.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept a variety of credit cards in our webshop inlcuding VISA, VISA Electone, Master, American Express etc. You are also able to pay with Paypal.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you would like to cancel your order simply follow the sequence that was linked in the email you received when your order was confirmed. We might be able to co pack a second order if the order has not been packed and shipped yet. Give us a call and we can clarify.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, today even more and more purchases are happening online. In our webshop we only use confirmed and well known payment solutions. Our website are SSL encrypted in order to make transactions safe.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply visit our web shop and browse through our products. At every product page you are able to put the product into a shopping basket showed as a shopping cart. You are able to see the actual stock level at our warehouse. If the product is temporary out of stock, you are not able to purchase this product. Let us know if this happens and you would like to know when the product is back in stock. Contact us per phone or email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes when checking out of the web shop we would need to know your name, adress, email and phone in order to reach you by the shipment or if we need to contact you. We are working on a solution where you can check out fast without registering as a customer.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Can I return a product or complete order?

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a order confirmation per email and your order will be updated when shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a link for the shipper e.g. DHL Express or DSV Xpress from where you can track and trace your shipment. You might also be able to alter the package location at your address. Please read through the email provided when the order is shipped.
